Michael is a dynamic “out of the box” thinker with diversified experience in multiple industries. He has managed all aspects of corporate operations including new business acquisitions, financial management, new business development, sales & marketing and new product design & development.
Over the past 25 years, through The Bellington Group, he has successfully acquired, started up, sold and operated several of his own companies including medical equipment and device manufacturing, furniture component manufacturing, hardware tool company, sign and graphic products manufacturing, a marketing company and a business brokerage firm.
In addition, Michael was the driving force in successfully turning around many troubled companies serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of a metal fabrication company, giftware company, graphic products converter and a consumer electronics company where he created new revenue streams and developed and implemented national sales and marketing programs including distribution channels that resulted in explosive company growth.
Michael’s proven leadership ability has been demonstrated by the success of the organizations he has started-up, turned around and grown within very competitive environments.
A graduate of Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Business Management, Michael has extensive experience in management, strategic business transformations, finance, sales & marketing and negotiations. He is certified as a Business Transfer Specialist and as a Financial Recasting Consultant.
